Lesa has more than 25 years in the field of human resources, and has been the chief human resources officer for three
universities and has been the program director of two business training divisions. Her expertise also includes running a national consulting company where
she subcontracted others to provide training and consulting services. Prof360 was conceived when she and a colleague were talking about the difficulties
with attracting, verifying credentials, onboarding, and maintaining all of the documentation for a highly skilled yet contingent workforce. She knew there
was a better way.
Lesa received a Bachelor of Arts from The Ohio State University. While serving in the United States Air Force,
she received a masters degree in Human Resources with an emphasis in Organizational Development from Golden Gate University. As a part of a personal
calling, she returned to the academy to gain an in depth understanding of human motivation and transformation. She holds a Ph.D. in
Transformative Learning and Change from the California Institute of Integral Studies.
In her spare time, Lesa writes motivational books, including

"Thompson Twins Las Vegas Adventure," "Thompson Twins and the Time Machine," and "Thompson Twins Call the Cops."

Jonathan is a web technologist and entrepreneur. He thrives on designing and building software solutions
and have worked in the technology consulting sector for more than twenty years.
Prior to Prof360, Jonathan worked for a number of Silicon Valley tech startups including:
Balluun, Meedow/Cai8dou, Edify/Intervoice/Convergys.
Jonathan holds a Bachelor of Science in both Software Engineering and Electrical Engineering from
University of California, Davis. He has also provided consulting to many businesses for the delivery of
highly scalable and optimized solutions, that which meets the client's web, architectural and integration needs.
His consulting clients include: Wells Fargo, KPMG, Capgemini, Apple, Gateway, and Deloitte & Touche.
When he is not developing the newest software solution, Jonathan also enjoys choral singing and solo
performances. He holds the

Advance Certificate for Singing, awarded with Distinction
under the tutelage of Ms. Stephanie Chan.
Jonathan is also a vice-chairman board member of a choral organization.

Tak is an educational data consultant. Having lived twenty years at the intersection of learning and technology, he has developed a deep understanding of how learning organizations function all while building a broad repertoire of technological expertise. He has come to believe the most powerful solutions are born of genuine need paired with the audacity to try something new.
Currently teaching in both higher education and the private sector, Tak has first-hand experience with some of the challenges faced by educators in an at-will world. His mission to raise the bar for instructional quality stems from his passion for improving student outcomes not only for his own students, but for learners everywhere. Tak received a Bachelor of Arts from the University of California, Berkeley and a Master of Fine Arts in Music from Mills College.
As a practitioner of the Brazilian artform, capoeira, he studies under world-renowned capoeira masters, Mestre Acordeon and Mestra Suelli and serves on the board of the Capoeira Arts Foundation. Putting his MFA to use, he regularly teaches workshops in healthy singing technique, ear training and music theory.

Bonnie has a career in higher education that spans 30 years. Having been both a ranked professor and a part-time instructor, she has taught graduate and undergraduate courses in management and organizational topics. She developed online courses and certificate programs beginning in 2000 and served as chair in both undergraduate and graduate departments. She founded the contract training division for St. Ambrose University.
Bonnie holds three degrees from the University of Iowa. She earned a B.A. with Honors in European Literature and Thought, an M.B.A., and a Ph.D. in Business Administration.
Among her other interests, Bonnie has a passion for agriculture and history. She secured a grant to aid farming families that were victims of floods in 22 counties of Iowa and Illinois; and she co-authored a historical biography in the Historical Society’s biography series. She also adopts senior dogs to provide them with a great home for the remainder of their life.
